Knife Sharpening: Don't forget! The locally renowned craftsmen of Perfect Edge Cutlery visit the store on the 2nd and 4th Mondays each month for knife sharpening services. Drop off your knives, scissors, food processor blades, and other cutting tools by 5 p.m. on Sunday, pick up on Tuesday.

Our Favorite Recipes

Silky, smoky, rich, buttery...just a few words that come to mind when savoring an avocado. Guacamole reigns as a favorite in California and recipes abound. Linda Wyner treats us to a few favorite avocado recipes this month.

Check out the "Featured Recipes" page and see how to make a fresh Guacamole and a Steak & Guacamole Stack.

NOTE: When you attend a cooking class you'll be working with Wusthof knives, Weil Cookware by SPRING, Swiss Diamond, and KitchenAid pans and using Viking small appliances. It's a great way to experience the exceptional quality of these products before you buy.
